Sex Offender Therapists Can't Force Confessions
SAN FRANCISCO - A Montana pedophile justly defied federal officials who tried to coerce him into confessing past crimes as part of his court-ordered therapy, a unanimous 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel held Thursday in vacating his prison sentence.
