Justices Sustain Meth User's Sentence
LOS ANGELES - A split state appellate court Wednesday affirmed the nearly four-year sentence of a methamphetamine user, saying that he failed to challenge a judge's assertion that he had seriously wounded the victim in his earlier 1995 conviction.
