Schwarzenegger Names Two Civil Lawyers to San Diego Bench
SAN DIEGO - Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger on Monday appointed two veteran civil lawyers to the San Diego Superior Court bench. They are Francis M. Devaney, a head deputy city attorney in San Diego, and Timothy B. Taylor, a partner in the San Diego office of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton.
