Rules Will Speed Processing Of Potential-Immigrant Hires

Matthew Schulz - New rules for permanent employment certification applications promise significant opportunities for U.S. employers and prospective immigrant employees. On March 28, 2005, government processing will speed substantially when the Department of Labor starts to process applications under program electronic review management. With the new regulations, published on Dec. 28, 2004, the time to start mandatory pre-filing recruitment is now, and care must be taken to avoid potential pitfalls.
