Lawyer Stole From Client, Panel Said

SAN DIEGO - A lawyer who failed to tell his client that he faced possible disbarment on a laundry list of disciplinary charges is guilty of grand theft for refusing to return a $10,000 legal fee after his license was revoked, a state appellate court ruled Wednesday.
