Sheriff Blames Judiciary for Violent Man's Early Release
LOS ANGELES - Sheriff Leroy Baca said Tuesday that a judge or prosecutor should have intervened to order domestic-violence treatment for a Los Angeles man with a long history of abuse and stalking who shot his parents and ex-girlfriend after his early release from Los Angeles County jail last week.
