Court Must Ask Whether Teacher's Search of Bag Is Reasonable

Jan. 10, 2004), a three-judge panel of the 4th District Court of Appeal unanimously held that the search for identification in a minor's purse, in which a knife was found, violated the minor's Fourth Amendment rights.
