Latham tops list for most M&A work in California so far this year
Deal value in the Golden State increased by 11.9 percent in the first three quarters, according to a new report.

Latham & Watkins LLP handled the most mergers and acquisitions work in California during the first three quarters of this year, according to a report Tuesday by financial services firm Mergermarket Ltd. that found M&A deal value in the Golden State has increased by 11.9 percent from a year earlier - about half the pace of the country as a whole.
