Thelen estate settles with former partners

Settlements will bring more than $1 million into the estate's coffers

The Thelen LLP estate has reached settlement agreements with 45 of the firm's former partners related to payments they received as the firm began its downward spiral in 2007 and 2008. The settlements will bring $1.16 million into the estate's coffers, according to court documents filed Thursday.

Fox Rothschild LLP partner Yann Geron serves as the trustee for the estate. Reid Collins & Tsai LLP represented the former partners...
