Samsung, Quinn Emanuel face possible sanctions over leak in Apple case

SAN JOSE - Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and its outside counsel at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP are facing possible sanctions for disclosing confidential terms of licensing agreements Apple entered into with other companies.


Apple lawyers claim that information from Apple licenses with Nokia Corp. and three other companies were wrongly disclosed to Samsung executives.
