Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP are among the more than half-dozen firms working on Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market Inc.'s Chapter 11 filing, entered Monday on the heels of the supermarket's agreement to be acquired by billionaire Ronald W. Burkle's The Yucaipa Cos. LLC.
