Kirkland, DLA Piper handle Vista Equity's latest billion-dollar buy
Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Vista Equity Partners in its $1.05 billion acquisition of Active Network Inc., a San Diego-based online event registration platform. DLA Piper's San Diego office worked the deal for Active Network.
