Judicial Council gets new member from state Supreme Court

State Supreme Court clerk Frank A. McGuire has been named to a three-year term on the Judicial Council, the policymaking body for the state courts.

State Supreme Court clerk Frank A. McGuire has been named to a three-year term on the Judicial Council, the policymaking body for the state courts.

McGuire will take over the seat vacated by Charlene Ynson, the clerk of the 5th District Court of Appeal, who is stepping down amid family medical issues.
