Latham handles $25.2 million Evoke Pharma IPO
Gastrointestinal pharmaceutical company Evoke Pharma Inc. tapped Latham's San Diego office to help navigate its initial public offering in the latest example of the biotech industry's rush to the public markets this year.

San Diego-based drugmaker Evoke Pharma Inc. tapped Latham & Watkins LLP to help guide it through its $25.2 million initial public offering.
