California Western hosts in-house counsel workshop

The San Diego chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, California Western School of Law and Thomas Jefferson School of Law jointly sponsored a workshop and networking event designed to give law students and attorneys the chance to meet and hear from top corporate lawyers in San Diego. The event, held Sept. 12 on the California Western campus, included a keynote address from San Diego Padres General Counsel Erik J. Greupner and panels on in-house career paths as well as the benefits and challenges of moving in-house. The panel discussions featured in-house counsel from Qualcomm Inc., Jack in the Box Inc., Petco Animal Supplies Inc., Sony Electronics Inc., Cubic Transportation Systems Inc. and EDF Renewable Energy Inc. — Caitlin Johnson
