East Coast boutique firm opens first California Office

Corporate finance and securities boutique firm Lucosky Brookman has hired Blank Rome LLP's Scott Kline to run its new office in Los Angeles.

Corporate finance and securities law firm Lucosky Brookman LLP, based in New York and New Jersey, has opened an office in Los Angeles - the firm's third overall and its first west of the Garden State.
