Goodwin Procter LLP brought in former Amazon.com Inc. senior corporate counsel Jared G. Jensen to serve as a private equity partner in its San Francisco office.

Goodwin Procter LLP brought in former Amazon.com Inc. senior corporate counsel Jared G. Jensen to serve as a private equity partner in its San Francisco office.


Prior to joining Amazon in early 2012, Jensen worked in the private equity group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He said the move to Goodwin is a return to what he truly enjoys.
