Aaron Alexis is the most recent shooter to join the ranks of "really nice guys"-turned mass murderers. Here was a man who was well liked, well-credentialed, armed and sleepless ... a mixture of factors that didn't ring any alarm bells at the time. The question everyone is asking now, however, is whether he should have been able to carry a gun.
