Upland police defense firm to close after blacklist by legal fund

Reeling from the loss of a major legal defense fund approval and experiencing several attorney defections over the past week, law enforcement defense firm Lackie Dammeier McGill & Ethir APC is on the brink of dissolution. In an email Monday to clients, name partner Dieter Dammeier said the Upland firm would "be winding down and eventually close."
