Attorney general declines to charge judge in sexual misconduct allegation
Orange County Superior Court Judge Scott Steiner, who in March was accused of engaging in sexual misconduct with a female law student, will not face criminal charges in connection with the allegation.

Orange County Superior Court Judge Scott Steiner, who in March was accused of engaging in sexual misconduct with a female law student, will not face criminal charges in connection with the allegation.
Lynda Gledhill, spokeswoman for state Attorney General Kamala Harris, said she couldn't comment beyond the fact that the criminal investigation has been closed.
