POWAY'S RESMED LAYS OUT $32 MILLION IN SERVO DEAL
In a deal announced May 14, ResMed Inc. has acquired Servo Magnetics Inc. for $32 million. Poway's ResMed makes and sells products used to diagnose and treat breathing problems during sleep, including obstructive sleep apnea. Its products include flow generators, which push air through nasal masks to regulate breathing, humidifiers and head harnesses.
