Today I paused over a recent story that appeared on the NBC News website. The headline read: "Lawyer's Pants Catch Fire During Florida Arson Trial." The piece related how attorney Stephen Gutierrez had been in the midst of a jury trial defending his client. The client, a Claudy Charles, stood accused of deliberately setting his own car on fire.
