The real estate firm Vestar has been retained to manage Plaza Paseo Real, a 147,848-square-foot grocery anchored neighborhood shopping center in Carlsbad.

The real estate firm Vestar has been retained to manage Plaza Paseo Real, a 147,848-square-foot grocery anchored neighborhood shopping center in Carlsbad.

Plaza Paseo Real is anchored by Von's Pavilion and Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas.

It also features several national retailers and restaurants, including Wells Fargo Bank, Verizon, Supercuts, GNC, Pharmaca Integrated Pharmacy, Laseraway and Tin Leaf Fresh Kitchen.
