Howrey trustee goes to bat for Heller estate
The Howrey LLP estate publicly declared its support for the Heller Ehrman LLP estate in a court filing late Monday over the treatment of unfinished business claims.

SAN FRANCISCO - The Howrey LLP estate publicly declared its support for the Heller Ehrman LLP estate in a court filing late Monday over the treatment of unfinished business claims.
Both estates have sued law firms that took on matters begun at the bankrupt firms, alleging those firms wrongly pocketed the proceeds of that work instead of returning it to the estates.
