Pillsbury, Cooley guide $71 million biotech IPO filing

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and Cooley LLP represented the company and underwriters, respectively, regarding Receptos Inc.'s $71 million initial public offering filing Thursday.

A San Diego biotech company is set to go public with the help of California lawyers from two law firms.


Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and Cooley LLP counseled company and underwriters, respectively, in regard to Receptos Inc.'s regulatory filing Thursday that sets the terms for a $71 million initial public offering.
