Lawyer Booted From Murder Case

San Francisco County Superior Court Judge Teri Jackson Wednesday disqualified Robert Amparan from defending alleged MS-13 gang member Edwin Ramos, suspected of the June 22 killings of Tony Bologna and his two sons.She said the trial could be hindered by the attorney’s conflict of interest because he was also representing Douglas Largaespada — another suspected member of the MS-13 street gang — in two separate cases.

SAN FRANCISCO - Attorney Robert Amparan has gone from representing two people connected to the Bologna triple homicide case to representing no one.

San Francisco County Superior Court Judge Teri Jackson on Wednesday disqualified Amparan from defending alleged MS-13 gang member Edwin Ramos, suspected of the June 22 killings of Tony Bologna and his two sons.
