Feinstein Names New Judge Picker

Prominent San Diego trial lawyer David S. Casey Jr. will head Sen. Dianne Feinstein's vetting committee for nominees to the federal bench and to be U.S. attorneys and U.S. marshals in California, the senator announced Tuesday.
