Pamela Dunn, a noted Pasadena appellate attorney who won a surprise victory in a recent arbitration case, has died. She was 59.

LOS ANGELES - Pamela Dunn, a noted Pasadena appellate attorney who won a surprise victory in a recent arbitration case, has died. She was 59.

Dunn died Dec. 26 from heart failure caused by complications with lupus, said Maria Cousineau, her partner of 25 years.
