A. David Kagon, 1918-2008

A. David Kagon, the lawyer who defeated the first so-called "palimony" suit, filed against actor Lee Marvin in 1976, has died. He was 90.

LOS ANGELES - A. David Kagon, the lawyer who defeated the first so-called "palimony" suit, filed against actor Lee Marvin in 1976, has died. He was 90.

Kagon died Dec. 20 at his Malibu home. The cause of death was not disclosed.
