Magistrate Judge in Fresno Gets Third Term

Sandra M. Snyder has been reappointed a U.S. magistrate judge for the state's eastern district.

FRESNO - Sandra M. Snyder has been reappointed a U.S. magistrate judge for the state's eastern district.

Snyder, 62, who is based in Fresno, will begin serving a third eight-year term in May. She has served as her region's chief magistrate jurist since January 2007.

Magistrate judges are appointed by district court jurists in their areas.
