It's not exactly a clandestine Prohibition operation, but tucked away from view in a corner of the garage of Richard Swanson's suburban home is a brewery.

RIVERSIDE - It's not exactly a clandestine Prohibition operation, but tucked away from view in a corner of the garage of Richard Swanson's suburban home is a brewery.

From an intricate setup of tanks, hoses and measuring devices, Swanson makes gallons and gallons of his special suds - including a corn-based concoction he calls "Cornholio" and a rum-spiked honey wheat beer dubbed "The Captain."
