Chief Immigration Judge Headed for Appeals Board
The nation’s top immigration judge is stepping down. Justice Department officials said Wednesday that David Neal will leave his post as chief immigration judge in January for a job at the Board of Immigration Appeals, the appellate review board that handles immigration appeals.
