Daily Journal Staff Writer SAN FRANCISCO - Russ Roeca still gets goose bumps reading the California Supreme Court's May decision acknowledging that everyone has the right to marry. The Bar Association of San Francisco's new president, Roeca couldn't be taking office at a more fitting time. In October, he married his longtime partner Richard Vernon, only to see their union threatened by the passage in November of Proposition 8.
