Real Avoids Discipline for Obstinance

U.S. District Judge Manuel L. Real's colleagues have dismissed misconduct charges against him following a lengthy probe into his alleged failure to follow 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals orders and give reasons for his rulings.

SAN FRANCISCO - U.S. District Judge Manuel L. Real's colleagues have dismissed misconduct charges against him following a lengthy probe into his alleged failure to follow 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals orders and give reasons for his rulings.
