Banning Law Firm Punished Petitioners, 9th Circuit Says

SAN FRANCISCO - An immigration judge's "extraordinary" action in effectively banning an entire law firm from representing a couple facing deportation to Mexico prompted a federal appeals court Thursday to give the pair a second chance to stay in the United States.
