Jurist Recuses Himself in Suits Against Banks
LOS ANGELES - To remove the perception of prejudice, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge has recused himself from multimillion-dollar class actions against Wells Fargo and Bank of America because he is an account holder and former legal counsel for one of them.
