Law Hikes Requirements for Sexual-Harassment Training
Focus Column - Employment Law - By Anthony J. Oncidi - Although the Legislature passed a number of laws this year that would have had a profound impact on the California work place, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger vetoed almost all of them. One exception was AB1825, a bill mandating sexual-harassment training and education of supervisors by employers with at least 50 employees.
