Internet Providers Don't Have To Reveal Subscribers' Names
LOS ANGELES - The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to consider a case that barred the recording industry from forcing Internet providers to hand over names of subscribers suspected of illegally swapping music and movies.
