BOTOX VERDICT
LOS ANGELES - A Los Angeles jury cleared the makers of Botox of liability for a litany of health problems a Hollywood socialite claimed she suffered after receiving the health and beauty treatment.
The jury split 9-3 in favor of Allergan and celebrity dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein, known as "Mr. Botox," who treated the plaintiff, 45-year-old Irena Medavoy, wife of film producer Mike Medavoy.
