Family Sues Disney Over Man's Death
SANTA ANA - Adding to a recent wave of lawsuits targeting the safety of Disneyland's rides, the family of a 22-year-old man killed on the park's Big Thunder Mountain train last year sued the entertainment giant Tuesday, saying the death was a result of the company's focus on dollars, not safety.
