Blake Defense Fights Search Evidence

LOS ANGELES - Robert Blake's attorney wants to keep from jurors all "tangible and intangible" evidence seized during a May 2001 police search of the actor's home that a former newspaper reporter-turned-author was invited to attend, according to a motion filed Monday in Van Nuys.
