Panel Says Judge Committed Misconduct in Fixing Tickets

SAN FRANCISCO - Yuba County Superior Court Judge David E. Wasilenko committed repeated acts of willful misconduct through his "flagrant refusal" to disqualify himself in fixing traffic tickets for friends and relatives, a Commission on Judicial Performance panel has concluded.
