Retired judge brings wit, wisdom to mediation work

Albert Dover hails from Nevada County - the heart of gold country - and many lawyers said he is, like his adopted hometown, the gold standard among mediators and their first choice to resolve disputes.

Albert Dover would have you believe that the trick to getting parties to resolve their disputes is the magic pastry he serves at the beginning of mediation.
