Scott H. Dunham, a longtime labor and employment partner at O'Melveny & Myers LLP died Oct. 26 from complications of pneumonia. He was 64.


Dunham, who began his career at the firm as an associate in 1975 and became partner in 1983, chaired the firm's labor and employment practice from 2005 to 2008 and headed the firm's legal ethics and conflict resolution committee for nearly 20 yea...
