Next time the Daily Journal prints a "Perspective" article, it should be clearer about who is writing it. According to her firm's Web site, Kristi Remington was a former Deputy Attorney General in the Bush administration, and she is currently on the Executive Committee of the Republican National Lawyers Association and serves as Vice Chair of its Judicial Affairs Committee.
