Responsibility Rests With Those That Made Mess

Letter to the Editor - The column "California Needs to Help Poor Men Meet Support Obligations" (Nov. 4 Daily Journal) and what it implies left me shaking my head in utter disbelief. Calling "poor" unwed fathers who don't live up to their moral, as well as legal obligation, to support a child they brought into the world as "victims of the blind failings of politicians" itself states the problem.
