Appeals Courts Find Lawyers Engaged in Dodgy Litigation
LOS ANGELES - State appellate courts chastised two lawyers this week for unscrupulous litigation tactics. Los Angeles civil attorney Debra L. Koven was held in criminal contempt, fined $2,000 and referred by the 2nd District Court of Appeal to the State Bar for possible discipline.
