Creditors Sell PG&E Debts For 20 Cents On the Dollar

SAN FRANCISCO - The same month that a bankruptcy judge approved $17 million in bonuses for Pacific Gas and Electric Co. executives, dozens of small business owners and charities were selling their unpaid bills - owed by PG&E - for as little as 20 cents on the dollar.
