Davis Names Three Lawyers To Panel on Internet Politics

SACRAMENTO - Gov. Gray Davis named three lawyers Tuesday to the Bipartisan Commission on Internet Political Practices, filling the remaining vacancies on the panel, but it was unclear who has authority to call the first meeting.
