INS Appeals Asylum for Sex-Ring Whistle-Blower

LOS ANGELES - Immigration officials announced Monday they are appealing a judge's decision to grant asylum to a French citizen who has accused high-level officials in the French government of trying to cover up a child sex ring that involved his daughter.
